In-stock items ship within 10 business days; pre-order items ship in 2–3 months.
Yes, we ship to multiple regions including North America via FedEx. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees or risks borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information, recipient refusal, restricted areas, or force majeure events.
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships.
Receiving & Inspection
Yes. Please check your package before signing. If damaged, do not sign or unpack, and contact us immediately.
We strongly recommend recording your unboxing to support any claims for damage or missing parts.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy. Items must be unused, unassembled, with tags, and in original packaging.
If the packaging has been opened, the item is generally not eligible for return unless defective.
Pre-orders can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After that, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If the product has no quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, Hipymo will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product arrives and passes our inspection. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the amount.
