Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your folding sofa to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the sofa must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Pre-Order Items:
Returns and refunds are only available within 7 days of placing your order. After 7 days, pre-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 


 

Return Conditions

If the packaging has been opened, the item is not eligible for return.

If the packaging is unopened and the item is unused, unassembled, and in resellable condition, we can accept a return or exchange.

Please note: returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


 

Pre-Order Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of placing a pre-order.
After 7 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be unused, unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

 


 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
